Normally, a parameter optimization or survey uses MOPAC reference data sets that contain one or more elements that are marked for optimization, plus any other elements that are present. If ONLY is present, then only those MOPAC reference data sets that contain one or more elements that are to be optimized will be used. If other elements are present, the data set will be excluded.
