The heat capacity, Cp, of gas-phase systems can be predicted using the
calculated vibrational frequencies and moments of inertia and
the translational contributions. For monatomic species, only
translational contributions were used. The heat capacity at constant volume, Cv,
can be derived from Cv = Cp - R, where R=1.987 calories. All reference data is
taken from the Handbook of Chemistry and Physics.
